Hydrotherapy
Our therapeutic pool is held at 33°C with controlled current and underwater treadmill. The buoyancy off-loads the joints by up to 80%, making it ideal for early post-surgical loading, persistent low-back pain, and arthritic hips and knees. Sessions are run one-to-one with a hydrotherapy-trained physiotherapist.
