How do session credits work across services?
On the Holistic and Household plans, your credits are interchangeable across in-clinic services. A 60-minute manual therapy session and a 45-minute standard session both draw one credit. Hydrotherapy and home visits are itemised separately on each plan card.

What if I need more than my quarterly allocation?
Members buy any extra session at a 10% discount on the published rate. You'll see the discounted total in the booking confirmation — no separate process required.

Can I freeze my plan if I travel?
Yes. You can freeze a plan once per quarter for up to 14 days. Frozen days are added to your renewal window so nothing is lost.

Do unused sessions roll over?
Each plan rolls over differently — Essentials (14 days), Holistic (21 days), Household (30 days). After the rollover window, unused sessions expire — we want you actually using the membership, not stockpiling it.

Is the home visit on the Holistic plan limited to one address?
It's tied to your registered home address inside one of the western compounds. If you'd like a visit elsewhere — say, a parent's villa — we can quote a small distance fee at booking.

We never sign anyone into a membership without a full hands-on assessment. Most members start with the EGP 800 first visit.
