We send a structured intake form by WhatsApp, confirm by SMS, and walk you through the room when you arrive.

Before you arrive

A short WhatsApp form and an SMS reminder 24 hours before. Wear something stretchy.

On the day

Arrive 10 minutes early for the first visit. Valet at the door, kettle in the lounge.

After the assessment

A written diagnosis, a session-by-session plan, and a price estimate before any second booking.

  • No. You can self-refer in Egypt. We will, of course, work alongside any orthopaedic surgeon, GP, or sports physician you've already seen — just bring their notes if you have them.

  • The fastest route is the booking page. Pick the Initial Holistic Assessment, choose your therapist (or 'next available'), and select a time. You'll receive a confirmation by SMS within five minutes.

  • Yes. You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your slot at no charge. Inside 12 hours, a 50% session fee applies — except for members on the Holistic and Household plans, who can reschedule up to 4 hours before.

  • Initial assessments are 60 minutes. Standard sessions are 45 minutes, manual therapy is 50, sports rehab is 60, hydrotherapy is 45 in-water (allow 75 minutes total), and home visits are 75.

  • Yes — that is a hard rule. The therapist who assesses you owns your case. If your therapist is unavailable for a slot, we'll offer you another time before swapping you to a different practitioner.

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing. We have shorts and gowns in the changing rooms if needed. For hydrotherapy, bring swimwear; we provide the towel, slippers and swim cap.

  • It renews quarterly. You can cancel any time before the next renewal date — no penalty, no gym-style guilt trip. Sessions paid for inside the current quarter remain yours to use, with the rollover days listed in each plan.

  • The Essentials and Holistic tiers are individual. The Household plan was built precisely so families can pool sessions across up to four named members.

  • We are in-network with AXA Egypt, MetLife, Allianz, and Bupa Global. We bill them directly. For other insurers we can issue a detailed receipt for self-claim — most clients are reimbursed in full.

  • Many of our members do. We provide a quarterly invoice in your company name with the necessary CPT-style codes. Your HR team can confirm whether their wellness allowance covers it.

Direct billing

We bill AXA, Allianz, MetLife and Bupa directly. Always.

For other insurers, we issue a detailed receipt with CPT-style codes — most clients are reimbursed in full.
